Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

You also agree not to use the Site to gather, collect, or harvest any information or data from the Site or to transmit any communications, advertising, or solicitation via the Site.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are the property of Jagannath Sodh Foundation, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by India and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Site, except as follows:

• Temporarily store such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• Store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• Print or download a reasonable number of pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use
• Share links to content on the Site that may be of interest to others

You must not modify copies of any materials from the Site. Any use of the Site not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights laws.

User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to the Site (including but not limited to feedback, reviews, suggestions, or ideas related to the Foundation or its work), you grant Jagannath Sodh Foundation a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or control all rights in and to the content you submit; (ii) the content is accurate; (iii) use of the content you supply will not violate any third-party rights, and (iv) you will indemnify Jagannath Sodh Foundation for all claims resulting from the content you supply.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jagannath Sodh Foundation.

Jagannath Sodh Foundation has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Jagannath Sodh Foundation shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jagannath Sodh Foundation makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Jagannath Sodh Foundation disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising under or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Delhi, India.

Changes to Terms

Jagannath Sodh Foundation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please discontinue using the Site.
